Billed for additional costs on accounts!

I have a monthly telephonic confrontation with Altech Autopage with regard to one of my cell phone accounts!!! It is endless with this company. If the consultant cant solve the problem they promptly just put the phone down on you! Shocking!! Disgusting and Unprofessional!!!! They this month have now billed me for additional costs that do not warrant been on my account. They fail to mail the accounts to the customer hoping the customers will pay these accounts and not pick up all the additional costs that have been added to the accounts. Been a weekend they cannot assist me as the accounts department is closed and I have been instructed to make yet another call to them on Monday to sort this out at my expense.<br> I am utterly appalled by the service at this company. The amount of money and time I have wasted on phone calls to them appalls me.<br> What happened to service Autopage????? I think you need to start training the people you employ!!!!!
