Autopage (AP) cellular is in breach of contract for selling a contract that stated after 6 months of good standing they would lift the call restriction on my account when my minutes were up and i could pay as I used extra minutes.<br> <br> I have paid on time every month and 10 months later I have been soft locked EVERY MONTH for days at a time and huge frustrations calling in to try and get it working again even though they debit my account on time.<br> <br> I have suffered loss of revenue in my business due to their incompetence. To make matters worse Bilal from Pavilion is utterly unhelpful! He says we do not have a contract with them but with their credit control! I try to tell him that he is the face of the company that i took out a contract with and he stupidly says he works for the store and not AP! <br> <br> He is totally unhelpful and should be dismissed immediately if AP knows how he addresses customers! <br> <br> I will certainly try to get out of this contract due to breach and loss of revenue. I don't know if i will be able to but if i am soft-locked again i will not call them and waste my time. I will just stop paying and let them initiate the court case. <br> <br> 600+ Facebook friends will know about it!
