Beyond pathetic

What a horrible company to be dealing with!?!?!<br> <br> Up until this day I don't have any feedback regarding my report I've logged more than 2 months ago?<br> <br> On Saturday I spoke to a very arrogant and rude Tshepiso regarding not receiving any warning that I'm close to reaching my call limit and advise I'm still awaiting feedback regarding my previous complaints she ironically advised me that there is no manager or team leader available and when I insisted she conveniently dropped the call. How can any call centre operate without superiors on the floor especially when they have so many *********** uneducated and rude agent working for their company?!?!?!?!?<br> <br> when I phoned back I spoke to a Neo who was trying to cover for her friend by saying: the is problems with the network which is just a blatant lie she used as a cover up.<br> <br> I than ask her to send me 2 forms one to change my contract in my husband's name and secondly a form to change banking details.<br> <br> I received a SMS on Saturday with my email changed incorrectly probably by Tshepiso out of spite and that is probably why l still have not received the docs.<br>
