Beware of Altec autopage

My phone was ****** after going in for repairs and now Altec wants to charge me for repairs. I was sent another phone in my old iPhone 6plus box with no accessories. <br> <br> They also billed my account R7000 after failing to load data bundles which I pay for. <br> <br> I will be opening a case of theft for my ****** phone as well as reporting to ICASA. I will also be lodging a complaint with iPhone South Africa as I am unaware whether my phone is in fact a new iPhone.<br> <br> It is apparent that a automatic response is forwarded to all complaints on hellopeter and autopage does not in fact deal with consumer complaints.
