BEWARE: Accounts handed over in Error - ITC rating

BEWARE consumers, as Altech Autopage handed my account over for collection, listed me on ITC, and after 7 phone calls, a branch visit to a store and several emails to the service desk, No one responds, no one apologise, no one corrects their error, its simply impossible, and they acknowledge their fault on each call, yet, nothing happens.<br> <br> I had 2 contracts on account 1.***6 with you since 2012. I opted not to renew these contracts after the 24 month contract and cancelled both contracts, however, Autopage failed to follow through and only terminated one account. I have recorded each conversation, wrote letters ( Your ref TASK 616236 & 855414) received these reference numbers advising me you will resolve my dispute in 7 days, and this was in March 2015, no reply, no feedback, and yet debit orders were running off my account. <br> <br> Then I was contacted by a collection company saying you handed over my account. I spoke to so many people, recorded each call, documented each name, and even have 1 email stating my account was handed over in error, yet, now, no one offers to fix your mistakes, to apologise or to clear my listing with ITC credit bureau. No credits, no response, No help.
