Being billed for something that i never get

Last year September I upgraded my contract with Altech Autopage Pavllion, I requested for 500mb data extra which I pay for. Recently I noticed that I have being billed for this but I did not receive it, when I queried this I was informed that they will look into this and get back to me within 48 working hours. After the 48 hours the data displayed in my account. When I called Altech autopage 7 days later to find out when will the money that they being charging me for almost a year be given back to me I was informed by the manager Bilal that he will look into it and get back to me, still waiting<br> <br> Its shocking how a big company like ALTECH AUTOPAGE can bill you for a service but not supply the service.<br>
