Being billed for content not subscribed to

Good day, I am currently being billed by a content provider at 88c per day - I did not subscribe or consent to this. I am told to deactivate this by dialling USSD *141*5. I did this and I am not subscribed to any content services. When I call your call centre I am told to email the content provider who is apparently a dating service in Canada!!!! I have asked that this is blocked and investigated only to be told that I need to sort this out myself. I find it very disturbing and a security risk. Please can this be escalated and resolved with urgency.
