Being billed astronomical amounts / No Service

Over the past few months, we've noticed that my cellphone bill is sky high, I'm talking from R1000.00 odd to suddenly over R3000.00. I get sms's requesting a certain amount and threatening that if the amount is not paid immediately, my phone will be barred and a R49 reconnection fee liable. My husband then gets an sms too with a different amount. Needless to say, I have been on the phone with consultants requesting billing to justify these insane amounts and to no avail. I have confirmed my email address numerous times. On Friday I got an sms requesting a further R1361.00 to be paid or my phone will be barred, only seconds later to receive another sms to say this message was sent in error and will be rectified immediately. My phone has been barred since Friday 22nd. We're now on Monday 25th my phone is still barred and after numerous attempts to get feedback I have not heard anything and I have no use of my cellphone. I'm sick and tired of this disgusting service and being charged these ridiculous amounts without seeing a bill. I demand an answer and for my phone to have the barring lifted. 4 days of being barred and due to Altech's technical error. DISGUSTED!!!!!
