Before you close down please sort my account

I had a contract with Autopage for a number of years and towards end of the 24th month i requested that the contract been terminated and yes that was dont done and i was charged an amount till the account was handed over. I was not notified and also my dispute with them was not resolved. I then dealt with their lawyers who were not helpful because they did not handle any queries from Autopage because all they want is for you to pay. I made an arrangement to pay the account and and they told me that they will update my status of ITC from slow payer to account settled. I just did a credit check with Transunion and i found that they listed me as a defaulter and this was never even communicated to me. I would like for this compay to send my settlement letter to Transunion and also advise me when did they communicate it with me that they have handed me over and that i will be listed. Can i please get a competent person to call me with all the fact and not just another courtesy call to brush me off. I think you guys run your business like ***boys and thats the reason for all the negative public perception about the company. I need proof that you resolved my billing issue.
