Bad service with regards to repairs

My sister, a minor, handed in her cellphone for repairs three weeks ago, The screen was cracked and there was some software issues. The screen , even though it was cracked, still worked but the menu screen did not appear anymore which was the main issue.<br> <br> On Saturday (two weeks later) 13 June she received her phone, after we had to call a few times to find out when it will be finished, the screen was fixed, but still no menu screen.<br> <br> She handed back her phone on the same day and up until today we haven't received any calls as to what is wrong with the phone or when it will be finished. We went to the premises a few days ago, waited approximately one hour to be helped and ended up leaving without receiving any services.<br> <br> This is unacceptable and we strongly consider not renewing our contracts with this company again.
