Bad Service / Poor Administartion Fals Verbal Agre

I have been batteling since day one with these people when I signed to take the phone I asked for my contract they showed me on the screen that I will get a fixed amount every month on a prepaid account top up 100 but instead the guy told me that they where offline and cannot print it I went back several times after several phone call and after one month they gave me the incorrect contract which I did not sign for and they gave me the wrong account they are always full of excuses and my service was only connected after several weeks I am getting different bills every month which does not correspond with the invoiced sms 's I am getting or the statement your administration is so unprofessional and unorganized. You are cutting my network service everymonth within the 2nd week where no one can get a hold off me nor can I phone send a PCm or sms to anyone my kids needed to go to hospital I they could not reach me at all, I am very upset with the service I am getting I have been there several times a I am getting warnings from my company because I am using their company phone. I am waiting for a settlement letter after speaking to my lawyer stil no letter just bills which are wrong!!!!!
