bad service -now they want to rob me

I Call autopage- to apply for a contract on a special they had on a Sony m2 6/02/15 and spoke to Anesh who was extremely rude, the contract was R 250and I requested a top up plan.which he done-after endless problems to get the fine working spoken to the call centre over 4 day 's with no help and the leaders don't speak to customers, today I get and small saying I will be debt for R672. What nonsense cause that is not was agreed upon when signing up. U will not Rob me! My calls are recorded just like yours- this better be resolved immediately!
