Bad service i constantly recieve at altech

I'm really tired of the bad service I constantly receive at Altech. I have been complaining about the service provider since the day I took out my contract that was 2 years ago.From being sold a phone that doesn't have standard added benefits like a clip and insurance which I specified I wanted them. I was billed for data that I never received for 3 months.Now I lost my phone which took me 2 days to get the itc blacklist number. I was promised to be called by the manager to get the numbers and I was never called back.I was promised I will be sent an email with the options the insurance is offering me and it was never sent. They like giving clients false hope, where is the good service in that. I told one of the consultants on Tuesday to tell the insurance the phone I want, since Thursday I couldn't get hold of him and decided to call the insurance and only to find out that he never placed the order. I was told that I will receive the phone on Monday, imagine if I didn't follow up I was going to wait forever. I'm demanding that I get it on Monday as I was promised im not going to wait 5 working days again because of a person that failed to follow the client's instructions.
