bad service from the entire call center

I was told my contract is left with 2 months ***, I decided to settle the Acc then was told I left with 3 months tried to get clarit but non on the agents were willing to help, they are all rude and *********** and I am starting to think all their agents never got proper training. I escalated the matter to the complaints dep for 2 times and stil up to today non of them called me back. 2012 I had the same problem with Luyanda n I refuse to travel the same route again. I believe even the management is as ******* as their agents cause non of them is bold enough to sort my query. What a useless and ******* organization.
