Bad service from Altech Autopage service provider

I had a cellphone account with autopage. after 24 month I decided not to renew the contract. surprising enough a year after I was told im owing a certain amount for my Samsung S5 upgrade, which I never did. I complained to them and they are agreed it was **********. I then submitted everything including the affidavit as requested and I belived case was closed. Wednesday im told that Im blacklisted with Experian because my autopage account is in arrears. I am so ****ed off with Autopage and this is the second time they have been irresponsible. Im now again required to submit affidavit to Experian to clear my name and the process will take 20 days. I need a cellphone contract with Vodacom Centurion and they cant give it to me due to this irresponsible and negligence act by Autopage. <br> <br> wouldn't advise anyone to engage in business with Autopage.because of poor service and lack of information security.<br> <br>
