Bad service from Altech Autopage

I have order a Panasonic P55 Novo Dual Sim and still haven't received any feedback.<br> During my conversation with Shaun telephonically I was proved as per him and request that I should send the following Documentation to you and Shaun. Which I did. <br> <br> Later I received an email from you asking for my contact details which I gave you my works number - ***. <br> I still haven't received a call or feedback on this Order.<br> <br> Can you please advise me what is going on and if there is any problems ?<br> <br> It's now more than a week and no response....<br>
