Bad Service, Breach of Service agreement to Custom

Bought a Cell phone worth R13.000.00. Phone got damaged, we took phone to CA Cell Holdings/Autopage in Sandton were we bought the phone. Phone was booked in for Repairs on the 17/02/2015 and it is now 13/03/2015. on the repair order form it states it will take them 21 business days to repair. it is now 22 days and still no phone device. i have been in contact with Ca cell/autopage sandotn on a weekly basis in how far the phone is. and every time they say they don't have the part or there is an excuse. They don't even give me a back-up phone in the interim. Me as a customer and end user need to call them for update. The phone is not even a month old but i need to chase CA Cell/Autopage for a phone i paid cash - R13000.00<br> <br> I would really not recommend any body to do business with CA Cell Autopage Sandton, as there repair centre is letting them down. also they can not keep there promise. They make promise's they can't keep.<br> <br> Basically they have my money R13000.00 and they have my Phone so in total they have R26000.00 worth of my merchandise<br> <br> Ca Cell/Autopage call centre can't even call you and update you on your situation.<br> <br> <br>
