Bad Service, Bad Attitude...Just BAD!

So I am still waiting on Autopage to pay back the money which they deducted from my account for a contract I never received. I was contacted by an operator three days after my last report but he had no clue as to what the problem was. After explaining to him again from the start I was told that they do not pay back people's money but rather credit it on their Autopage account. I asked him if they do not record their calls where two different operators assured me the money will be paid back into my bank account within a certain time and he did not comprehend what I was saying. Upon trying to get clarification I further asked whether I have it correct that there will not be any amount deducted from my bank account for a certain period of time until the credit they owe me is done he stammered \ Er...sorry sir
