BAD SERVICE!! BAD ATTITUDE!!

I am a Atech AutoPage customer since 2010. I have experienced problems from day one and never had a good customer experience once. I have visited the stores in Centurion Mall, Reds Mall and Centurion Life Style when they still existed. The staff is never competent to assist customers. The call centre have BAD attitudes. I had an enquiry on the month-to-month Data bundles you can add to your contract on-line, I spoke to a gentlemen at the call centre and after he explained it to me, I asked him to explain it to me once again. His words: I am going to explain it to you one more time... When told him not to speak to me that way, he just put the phone down in my ear!!! This kind of service and behaviour is unacceptable!!<br>
