Bad Service and unproffessionalism from Autopage

I once took a cellphone contract with Autopage Cellular. Within few months they sent me statements that did not match my records at all. I took this matter up with them but no one was willing to assist. I then stopped paying the account. My account was then handed over to their Attorneys (Gerhard Van Der Merwe Attorney). The attorneys came to my office with some documents which they told me to sign in order to get my statements from Autopage Cellulars, They threatened me that if I don't sign I won't get my statement with Autopage and that they will add as much interest as they want to my account. <br> I signed the documents to get statements in order to dispute the amount NOT acknowledging the debt. <br> Within weeks, Their Attorneys threatened to garnish me if I don't settle the account, that's when I contacted my attorneys for assistance. My attorneys contacted them and managed to get an itemised billing from them which I picked up that there are numbers appearing on my statements that I don't even know at all. Seemed like I shared a number with someone else. I have been paying a garnish fee of R400 since April 2013 to date.<br> <br> Thanks for assisting.
