Bad Service and unproffessionalism from Autopage

I filed a complaint with Autopage Cellular on the 28 August 2015. A lady by the name of Patience Mtshali acknowledged and promised to revert to me but she never did. I emailed her a numerous times and its like talking to a ghost, she never replies. <br> This is the kind of service i got when i first demanded my statements, no one is willing to take responsibility. <br> I really dont recommend anyone to take a contract with Autopage Cellular because once you take a contract with them, they will bill you incorrectly and you cant even get hold of anyone in their offices. I guess thats how they make money.<br> maybe someone or some institution should investigate this company, am sure they will find very ***** stuff there.
