Bad service and no response

Since 21 October I struggle to get response from her and head office can't help me either. After the treatment I had from her, I now struggle to get them to cancel my contract. I am really desperate for the reason from the 21st I spend hundred of rands on phone calls and the package that was wrongfully delivered to me, after numerous phonecalls I send ot back on my expense. Head office call centre promised me yesterday it will be sorted out, I phoned them again today and now it cant be done.
