Bad service and lack of professionalism

I'm tired of this. I have been receiving bad services through out my contract. Today I spoke a rude lady by the name of Palesa. She hang up whilst I was still talking. I wanted to check my balance and she then forwarded me January 2015 invoice which is not up to date and I was trying to explain to her but she just said you the invoice and you must go and pay.
