BAD SERVICE!!!!!

what a horrible experience I had with your call centre today. First I get the customer care agent Sanele who sounded fast asleep and just trying to get rid of me. Than I was transferred to Fiaz who did NO security checks to verify he is speaking to the correct client!!!<br> <br> when I confronted him in this regard he just said sarcastically \ I will do security checks next time you phone.<br> <br> when I insisted to speak to a superior he had the nerve just to drop the call in my ear!!!!! <br> <br> Now he tried phoning me 3 times on my cell
