Bad Service

In the past 2 years my 2Gig account have almost never gone over R329.00/month. Last month all of a sudden I got a bill over R900.00. I queried this via e-mail and was told after a week, issue have been resolved&if I want a full statement I must pay R24.00,after I have not received my full itemized bill, only received Pg.3 of 3. I was cross, but left it at that as my internet usage did go up, however it was only browsing, no download or youtube. I \upgraded"my contract to only a 2Gig data contract on the 12/04/201"
