Bad Service

I had sent my Samsung S4 for repairs early in December 2014 via Altech Autopage Store in Bluff for repairs which they said would take six weeks. I contacted Bluff in x1 January, x2 February and early x3 March to check on it and I was told that the phone had gone for insurance claim. Every time I visit Altech in Bluff they make a lousy excuse and they dont even tell me exactly why its taking almost four months to get my insured phone repaired. I took my cell insurance via Autopage and every time I go there they always tell me that I will get my S4 after two weeks and this waiting period is totally unacceptance.
