Bad service!

* WHAT HAPPENED? I went in 2 weeks ago to arrange a transfer of ownership and upgrade on my contract. I still have no closure The service is shocking, you wait forever for a quote and for feedback. The package that they quoted me on was R200 more per month than Vodacom advertise for the exact same deal which I complained was a total of just under R5000 more over the 24 month period! Their phone just rings all day and no one ever answers. I have never felt so frustrated. From being super excited to getting a new phone since the sms reminder a month ago that I was due for an upgrade, to being so angry and frustrated at the lack of service...even when I threatened to cancel my contract and go directly to Vodacom they still couldn't be bothered to reply. Stay away from this store. They don't have a clue about customer service
