Bad service

My Iphone 5 s was less than 1 year old when I have sent it in for repairs, due to wifi and bluetooth not functioning. (10/01/2015). It is now 8 weeks and two days later have not heard a single word after their initial SM'S acknowledging that the phone was booked in. Phoning them doesn't help you just hold on for an operator and they do not even tell you that you are caller no 10000. Reported the issue via e-mail and the response was<br> : we will respond in seven days. - after seven days, still no response.
