Bad Service

Just wanna say that their afters service is really pathetic. I upgraded a contract and discovered i was charged for stuff i was not aware of. I phoned them and they promised to listen to the recording of the upgrade and get back to me within 24hrs. I phoned 2 days later only to discover they havnt even logged the request. Then they promised again to get baco to me and still they didnt i have phoned them 3 times and still havnt gotten feedbafk and its noe been 2 weeks. I have even gone so far as not to pay my hill this month until have been contacted. They are very quick to phone if you dnt pay or disconnect you but when custmers log a query or complaint you never hear of them. Cant wait for my contract to expire so i can change.
