BAD SERVICE

A friend of mine told me he got a good deal from Autopage on the new Iphone 6, I'm currently with Vodacom and up for a renewal so I thought I call them, first all it took me 5 attempts until someone picked up the phone, eventually get through to Keith and then get cut off, tried them again, Keith was busy so left a message which he doesn't return, another 4 attempts to reach him again and he still doesn't get back to me, I call again tell them my frustrations and get asked to hold for Keith, I hold for 5 minutes and get cut off, shocking shocking, you can see why they are busy selling what client base they have to the cellphone service providers!!
