Bad service

on the 16/11/2015 spoke to Winnie Nkosi , Altech autopage contact centre I app**** for a contract phone which she said i was approved for since then I have not heard anything from her or the courier service . I called Winnie on the 18/11/2015 and asked her to keep me updated on the progress she promised she will call me back with feedback once she has spoken to the courier service , she still hasnt called me back , today again I did a follow up call she hasnt called me back & not responded to my emails . I am a 1st time client with your company but the service so far has been very appuling , I'm very worried as to how things are going to be once I have the device or after service of the contract . Nobody has called me to be advised on the progress both from the courier service to arrange for delivery or a representative from altech autopage.
