Bad service

Ordered a new iPhone 6 plus on a contract upgrade, and was promised the phone would arrive in 2-7 days and on day 6 which was Monday the 23 Feb I phoned to check on its arrival time and date, and then I was informed they had no stock after I was told there was when I ordered the phone, And then I was meant to be contacted later in the day by one of the people working in the call centre and at 6PM I had still not received a phone call back from them. It's highly frustrating to be promised a phone in 2-7 days and then not to be informed that they were out of stock Until I had called in.
