Bad Service
I upgraded my contract 29/6/15. In the same week I contacted Za?da at the Kld branch to inform her that my proximity sensor is faulty. They have a 7 day period which they replace a faulty phone. Za?da reckoned it is a setting which need to be changed, and that she will get the rep who will be able to assist in this matter. Needles to say, the phone remained faulty and needed to be replaced. Zaida told me that it would be much faster to repair the phone than waiting for a new one. At the most I would have to wait 7 to 10 days. I was comfortable with her suggestion, since I don't have to loose all my information on the phone. It has been nearly 3 months since I've first reported the matter to Autopage in Kld. I have been without my phone for nearly 6 weeks. I continue to pay my contract (for which that I don't have the pleasure of using) and I also continue to incur further costs in my attempts to resolve this matter. Other than approaching the consumer protection regulator for assistance, I don't know where else to turn. I think it is important to warn other consumers of the service that can be expected from Autopage so that they can avoid falling into the same trap with Autopage
