Bad service

I have been calling since yesterday because my sim card has been barred. Spoke to 2 people who said it would be fixed and I'm still waiting. Funny enough my account is up to date. The service is bad and to have to wait for 10 minutes just to speak to an agent is pathetic. There is no point in having an online form if you don't return calls. I'm really disappointed by the service from altech.
