bad service

i bought my daughter a blackberry 9720 touchscreen and the charging port broke after 5 months. i took it to store in worcester and lady had a bad attitude and said its my daughters fault and she cant send it in for repairs because i would have to pay for it myself and also that autopage wont refund me. 3 other girls complained about the port being broken as well as a friend of mines daughter. i have the phone and still pay for it whilst the phone doesnt work anymore. this is what i call bad service.
