Bad service
I requested for a change of ownership on my decease fathers cell contract it took Heidi 17 days to process as a result I received a huge bill and her response contact head office. My Mother in law requested a settlement on her contact I queried the amount her response contact head office. Her attitude towards customers is unacceptable.
