Bad feedback, upgrade

My number ***. I enquired if I can upgrade. Leah Bgobeni contacted me and said she will supply a new phone the next day. She was calling from head office. I said I will go to Autopage in Vaalpark as I live in Sasolburg. She phoned and sent emails from tel *** to convince me to do the upgrade. After 3 days of calling I decided it could not hurt. I had a choice of 2 phones, a Blackb Z3 or Sams A3. I use a Blackb Q10 and decided on the Blackb. It arrived and I saw it uses a micro-sim.I called her and she informed me that I can do a free sim swop at the local branch. I did that, you are welcome to check my records on the computer it apparently shows it. I charged the phone, tried to see the ringtones and there was no sound. I contacted and she said she will collect the phone, but the courier can only come on 17/06/ 2015 because of the long weekend. I asked if the phone is going to be replaced, she confirmed this and promised she will make a note of the date as it was within 3 days of me receiving the phone.Since then she does not answer her phone, it rings out of order. I started getting sms's to inform me that the phone is being repaired, I saw red!!!!! No you do not r
