Bad customer service

i would like to indicate how bad communication and service is with Altech Autopage at the head office in midrand, I have upgraded on contract and firstly was told by agent assisting me that the phone I wanted was indeed a dual simcard phone how ever was told that the phone is not dual. I requested the phone to be deliverd by end of business on 2015/11/10 just to find out it wont be happening then I talked to a guy by the name of Collen and he arranged delivery but it would have costed them about R1200 to deliver. I phoned the branch in Witbank were I stay to hear if they have a phone available and informed Collen of this to save him costs then I can collect phone now from branch however now I am being told this will take up to another 7 days to cancel and correct, to hell with this now I say pay the courier fees I want my phone by close of business today. how bad is this support I am actually thinking of closing my account and move to other service provider
