BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Hi there - I logged a complaint yesterday regarding my insurance with Finrite and received a reference number: 759957. I also asked assistance from an AltechAutopage Consultants as well as a Finrite consultant - I have had no response from either and have just received an email notification that my service request has been closed. NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME OR RESOLVED MY ISSUE. Please advise as soon as possible. Thanks.
