bad customer service

i just phoned to find out about my limit and why the phone is not being blocked if it goes over the limit but i while i was talking this service agent puts the phone down in my ear this is not the way to treat customers NOT HAPPY!!!!!!<br> if this is the way you treat customers i will not be renewing my contract at autopage
