Bad customer care service

Since 1 Jan 2016 we can cannot receive any incoming calls. We therefor could not do any business and they can not sort out the problem. Every time they just inform us that the technicians are busy with the problem . Every day we have to phone them and they still do not have a solution for the problem. Problem is on different number than provided.
