Bad company and they treat their customer bad

<p>i've been quirying my debit to them still today they havent resolve the issue. i even when to their head office in midrand still waiting for response. even the sales from cape town wanted me to renew the contract but i said no because i'm still experiencing the problem. imagine if i sign another one while i'm still experiencing the issue. i have emails to prove i've been speaking to their consultant on this. when i apply for a house they said i've been blacklisted. till today i havent got my issues resolved. now i've been called by debt collectors.i am seeking legal advice and sue their ass as they put me as a bad person and damage my reputation.</p>
