Bad bad service, *********** staff

Upon renewal of my contract on 30th of Jan 2015, very limited variety of hand pieces were available, staff said they did not receive stock, especially not iphone. So I had to take another brand and I had to do a sim swop, which, according to staff, would take 2-48 hours to activate. Today is the 18th of Feb 2015. After 456 hours, Altech Autopage's manager could not tell me why it has still not been activated. The shop's telephone is almost never answered and staff do not phone me back after leaving a message.
