BAD BAD SERVICE

Our phone was handed in for repair on 28/06/2015. Until this day, 23/12/2015 there was numerous calls, follow-ups from our side with a lot of promises to call back from Autopage, with no luck. We're living in Nylstroom, 150km from Pretoria. It is 6 months now, we're paying for a USELESS CONTRACT to a more USELESS CONTRACTOR, which make no effort to help us! In the last 6 months, we were 4 times in Pretoria, every time we take extra time and effort to drive by the shop full of hope, just to hear the same message over and over again. Someone is not doing there job and someone is definitely lying. We were told that they couldnt repair the phone and they're going to give us a new phone, a Aqua. They've got stock, they must just wait for head-office, I don't know for what?!! Maybe to help them to call the customer, because they don't know how to do that!!!! AUTOPAGE will definitely loose 4 customers from my family.
