BAD BAD BAD SERVICE AND INCORRECT BILLING

Customer Care is non existent in Altech Autopage. You get treated as if you are a ********....I am disgusted!!! Altech need to remember that they are not your clients customers. I logged a complaint last week and still to this day, I have heard nothing. Veshan Sigaban no one can ever get through to you. You can never get through to any one and when you do no one even knows what you are talking about. I ask for a black and white copy of my contract and I get sent an invoice. I ask for the voice recording to be sent and no one has notified me. I will now take this matter much much further and never ever will I use Altech Autopage. The whole lot of you need to be taught what customer service is about after all it is your customers that pay your salaries.
