Bad attitude, Damage, goods and Wrong contract

I took a contract with Paulette at Autopage PTA West in January this year with an understanding that my prepaid number wold merge with the package i upgrade from the modem. When i went to complain, i was told they misunderstood my needs but there's a way of fixing such. I was then told some long story that included credit on my account but was never told how much. My friend send me a picture msg which i couldn't open when i went to complain after tried some settings provided by vodacom i was told the phone needed a software upgrade. Paulette tested the phone by sending pic msgs to my phone while i was in store cell phone never stopped receiving msgs until couple of days back i bought the phone in mid Jan 2015 but in March hardly the end of it im told of the upgrade which meant i must leave my phone at the store Paulette told me Autopage does not loan phones anymore and what irritated me the most the guy called Victor came to intervene he had an attitude and told me the contract i signed does not have what i want and he didn't have a problem with my escalating the problem My paper work of the contract was a mess from last year already which caused the delay of my taking a contract
