Bad attitude bad service

I booked my phone in for repairs and since I hand my phone in for repairs no one phoned me to update me what is happening. so I phoned the store (roodepoort auto page) and Ken said to me once again well you will just have to wait we doing you a favour to get your phone repaired but I have insurance on the phone with auto page. still I have to pay for a phone and insurance that I cant use because it is in for repairs for how long more with no feed back?????
