Bad attitude and unhelpful

I logged a hello peter complaint on the 20th of March... I still have not had a response. Then Calling the call centre on numerous occasions I get no assistance. The last time I phoned again they told me that I am in arrears when in fact I have cancelled my contracts in November, the agent did not listen to ,my complaint at all. He also then tried to be difficult and repeatedly asked me the same questions and I doubt it is because he is forgetful and when I say I already told you, he is sarcastic and repeats the question. I am so tired of having to fight for what is right. They refuse to listen to the call recordings, basically all round unpleasant and it is very obvious that they try and milk you for everything you have, whether they deserve it or not. Well done Alec on excelling at being a really bad company.
