Bad Attitude and overcharging

I have had the unfortunate experience of having no reply to my emails and then having to wait for over 45 minutes and been cut off twice in order to have Sibiso attend to my query. I pay a nominal fee of R5 for a limit on my tablet sim card and suddenly I have received a bill of approx R2500 as they say this is an unlimited cell. She also says that the R5 limit is only for phone calls. A bit of a joke since it is a sim for my tablet. I was asked why I did not read the \my limit"form before sending it.
