Bad Attitude and Incorrect information supp****

I would like to Formally lay a complaint against Anesh. On Monday i app**** for a contract phone which came out with a video camera. when i was doing the application he advised me that the video camera is out of stock and i will not be able to receive it immediately. he did not advise me that i will not receive the phone as well, i just called your contact centre and i spoke to Lebogang who advised me that both the video camera and the phone are out of stock. she transferred me to another department where is poke to a lady who said i must ask anesh why he did not advise me. i then spoke to Anesh and he has bad attitude, arguing with a client. i mean how am i supposed to continue with a company like this when my first experience is horrific. he refused to give me his supervisors numbers saying that he does not have a direct phone number and that he is in a meeting. i want to cancel this stupid contract before it gets worse because of the poor service. This anesh guy kept arguing with me like im his buddy.
